Interesting Facts
Aurora wrote her film because she is bothered by the amount of adults and children who do not wear helmets when its such an easy prevention strategy to prevent death and serious head injury.
She is trying to get into the minds of these people and the parents not making themselves and their kids wear helmets so maybe they will make better choices. We would love publicity for this because this is the first of 2 films she is making about helmet safety. The other has more cast and goes for 10 minutes.
Only 45% of children report to wearing their helmet everytime and only 29% of adults. This means adults are passing on a message to kids that they get to an age where they no longer need to protect their heads, despite it being the law.
This is a culture shift that must happen. Aurora hopes her film makes parents think twice, realising tat they do not want to be on the receiving end of a victim impact statement like this.
Please help her create change and save lives.
