Peanut Stew celebrates African cultural retention in African American Southern cooking as well as the resilience and innovation inherent in their journey.
Roni Henderson-Day is a Columbia, SC-based photographer and filmmaker whose work has been exhibited in galleries, museums, and film festivals across the country and internationally. She earned her MFA in Film and Television at Savannah College of Art and Design and is currently working on her first feature length film.
