A short film about the gut-wrenching power of ‘what if’ and everyday superheroes. Inspired by the true story of Alan Kudi and an image that will forever remain engraved into our collective consciousness, the film follows an elderly fisherman in his daily toil at sea, at the market, at home. A hard life, but still a life lived at sea, at the market, at home. Until a young boy, drenched and worn-out, starts following him around; he seems to be everywhere, at sea, at the market, at home. What if he was indeed? Hope is a dangerous thing.
