Lya has a plan: Stir sleeping pills into her father's morning tea, then park the snoring wheelchair user into her brother's shop so she can secretly take part in the local drama school audition. And all this only because Lya thinks that eight years of caring for their father was enough tribute to the family. Audition day brings out a great group of hopeful young people, while the school administrators find themselves dealing with their own troubles. Lya's traditional Muslim family forces a clash in this German temple of arts and culture.
