In Mapping Lessons, K begins a journey to a Middle East being colonised and then travels through time and place to other anti-neocolonial movements around the world. By juxtaposing scenes from the Bolshevik Revolution, the Spanish anti-fascist struggles of the 1930s and Syrian revolution in 2011, this essay film on neo-colonialism and independence acts as a manual for the future generations. 

يبدأ "كيه" في هذا الفيلم رحلة إلى الشرق الأوسط المحتلة، ثم يسافر عبر الزمان والمكان حول العالم إلى حركات مناهضة للاستعمار. ومن خلال عرض مشاهد متجاورة من الثورة البلشفية، والثورة الإسبانية ضد الفاشية في الثلاثينيات والثورة السورية في عام 2011، يصبح هذا الفيلم عن الكولونيالية الجديدة والاستقلال بمثابة كتيب إرشادي للأجيال القادمة
