Documenting resistance. Documentary as resistance. These films speak of the visceral power of documentary film to bear witness and to model new realities.

To protect their villages and restore biodiversity to the landscape of Galicia, a unique collective unites to fight invasive plants and municipal neglect.

Activist brigades organise a green-fingered resistance against destructive plants and neglected overgrowth around their villages in Galicia. The files they use to sharpen their chainsaws are sourced from a metal factory in Switzerland. Through these two territories, the filmmaker weaves an unexpected narrative - at once personal and political.
