As public enthusiasm for climate action fades across Europe, Irish Green Party leader Eamon Ryan refuses to step back, whatever the personal and political cost.

Filmed over his final 18 months in government, the film tracks Ryan's efforts to push through one of Europe's most ambitious climate plans while advocating internationally for renewable energy and climate justice for the Global South. At home, he absorbs online abuse, far-right pushback and the frustration of a public impatient for results, becoming the focal point for anger at challenges far bigger than any single politician. Woven through the politics is his tender relationship with his autistic son Tommy, quietly reframing what persistence and patience really look like. A portrait of public service in the truest sense, where the willingness to keep going might be the most radical act of all.
