Slapstick Conversations with Bernie Clifton

People of a certain age will remember Bernie and his ostrich, Oswald, from what felt like every children’s TV programme of the 70s and 80s. Bernie graced Royal Variety performances, The Keith Harris Show and Crackerjack!, amongst others, with his trademark charm and humour - and in the process became a firm family favourite and household name.
In more recent times Bernie has appeared on shows such as The Voice (2016) and Last Laugh In Vegas (2018).
Robin Ince, who appeared live with Bernie at Edinburgh fringe in 2006, will be hosting this chat with Bernie as he tiptoes back down memory lane for Slapstick Live Online!
