Just another evening at French brasserie C’est La Vie. On the floor, there’s Jack, the aging Irish waiter nearing the end of his rope. Next, there’s Abou-Bakar, the 16 year-old busboy constantly vying for Ashley’s, a part-time waitress in her late twenties, affection. And then there’s Jose-Luis, the new, quiet guy shadowing Ashley to learn the tricks of the trade. But tonight is not just any other evening.
