Yngve, 83, a former Major General spends his meaningless days in bed at a retirement home. Set in Palm Springs 1958, SHANGRI-LA is the story about Hollywood “it girl”, Vera Thompson who has been exiled to the desert with her mob boyfriend. While at another one of his clandestine parties, Vera meets an ex-cop, Morris, who has returned to his hometown of Palm Springs to follow a lead on his partner’s murder.

With the help of his older, paraplegic brother, sixteen year old DELVIN prepares for an upcoming track meet in the wake of a family tragedy. While often caught up in the middle of fights between family members, Delvin finds an outlet in his music. Flow is a proof of concept short for the dramatic feature.

Unbeknownst to them, these four lives will soon come together in a violent clash at the Sunny Meals drive-thru when Sean’s drug-bender takes a sinister turn, forever changing the trajectories of their lives, their careers, and their relationships. 
The film explores the desires for control, identity and family, as we intimately follow these characters during the day leading up to the incident.

When she runs into ROSIE, a sweet young dreamer trapped in the seaside town, the two embark on a reckless week of discovery and impulsive decisions. 2 young women happen upon each other at the wrong place and the wrong time with no intentions other than feel what they feel in the moment, regardless of the consequences.

The Chase is a tragicomedy that challenges the audience to tell right from wrong, hero from villain. As it sprints across back alleyways and busy streets, this short film explores white privilege, socioeconomic conflict, and of course, spousal dedication. In a big city like Los Angeles, the melting pot bubbles furiously. This story reveals a few of the key social and cultural ingredients through a narrative that only diverges slightly from the real-life events that occurred on that fateful night.

THE CHASE

A brazen theft leads a newly married couple on a wild chase across the streets of Los Angeles and into a complex intersection of race, justice, and self discovery.

A group of women in the Warsaw Ghetto hears Nazis raid their building. Three women are Jewish: RACHELA, SONIA, and NELLY, who has a three-month-old baby named ZOFIA. Their friend ALINA is a Polish-Catholic smuggler. Nelly convinces Alina—who, as a Catholic, is the only one who can exit the ghetto—to smuggle her baby out a three-story bathroom window. Nazis storm into the apartment as Alina jumps out the window. Nelly quickly lowers her baby in a box as Nazis threaten to shoot the bathroom door. They shoot just as Alina catches the box and Nelly ducks for cover. Finding nothing, the men leave in search of more children to take to concentration camps as Alina, down below, takes the box in her arms and begins her dangerous journey with Nelly's baby across the Ghetto Wall.

ALINA

As Nazis separate children from their parents in the Warsaw Ghetto, a gang of women risks everything to smuggle their friend's three-month-old baby to safety. Inspired by true events. Starring Alia Shawkat (ARRESTED DEVELOPMENT, SEARCH PARTY), Edin Gali (MAD MEN), Rebeca Robles (BETTER THINGS), Erika Soto (VIDA), and Mark McCullough (LOGAN LUCKY).

A society where a self is legalized to end one's life comfortably. Having no affection for her life, and feeling bored by her recurring life, Goyeon applies for a self euthanasia at "Special Ending" a private company where she can apply for a special self euthanasia. In the meantime, Goyeon is offered a blind date that she cannot refuse from her only family, her aunt.

SPECIAL ENDING

Goyeon feels bored in her repetitive daily life and asks for a self-euthanasia.
