Rita is a young caregiver on her first day of work, hired by the extravagant Anna to assist her mother Agnès. Inside the house where Rita has to look after the old lady, time passes differently for their bodies. Unfortunately for Rita, the two women are not who they claim to be and a game of shangai will force the young girl to keep an unspeakable secret.

Rita è una giovane badante al suo primo giorno di lavoro, assunta dalla stravagante Anna per assistere la madre Agnès. All'interno della casa in cui Rita deve badare alla vecchia signora il tempo trascorre in modo diverso per i loro corpi. Purtroppo per Rita, le due donne non sono chi dicono di essere e una partita a shangai costringerà la giovane a mantenere un indicibile segreto.
