<p>Hamza’s life in Scotland is falling apart — his wife has left, his travel business is collapsing, and he’s barely holding on to his eight-year-old son. When his devout father arrives from Pakistan, bringing old traditions and promises of financial help, Hamza sees a fragile chance to fix everything. But the money comes with one condition: his son must be circumcised. As the boy’s fear grows, over one tense weekend Hamza is forced to choose between tradition and love, obedience and compassion — and to face what kind of father, and what kind of son, he really is.</p>
