OUTSIDER, a 66 second visual art, was created by year two students of the University of Bournemouth, UK. We would like to thank our teacher Prof./Dr. Paula Callus for her guidance and for always having confidence in us.
Synopsis:
In a presurizing world where Ed wants to live more freely, thus ending up being ostracized by society. One day, whilst walking in line to work, Ed hears a sound, turns around, and sees a hole in his own shadow; revealing a mystical world below. Ed embraces the difference, and decides to jump into the unknown.
Director Biography - Charlotte Ying Scott
Charlotte Ying Scott is a English rose.
17th Sep 2018 - July 2021 Student of the Bournemouth University with unconditional offer. Charlotte finished her BA computer animation courses with the First Class Honours.
Social commitment: Students leader; Vice Chairman of the (students) Animation Society.
Oct. 2021 1st Job offered: Animator at the Moving Picture Company.
She also speaks fluent mandarin Chinese.
Both of her first oil painting REMEMBER* in 2017 and her first DIY animation SURVILLANCE** in 2018 were shortlisted by the Royal Academy of Arts.
