Along the way, she has been involved with winning 3 Oscars and 3 BAFTAs, worked overseas, been a British Arrows judge, is a proud parent and a vocal advocate for women in tech.

Fred Chapman trained as a Co-active Coach, and works with current and aspiring leaders and entrepreneurs in creative and technology fields. Fred is also Head of Creature at DNEG Vancouver, leading a team of talented technical artists in the creation of animation rigs (photo-real creatures, characters, digi-doubles, vehicles, etc), creature effects rigs and simulation (cloth, hair, muscle, skin, etc), and crowd simulation. He has over 20 years of experience in visual effects and animation, as an artist, supervisor, pipeline architect, and manager.
Fred has been coached for most of the past 10 years and credits much of his professional and personal growth, success, and happiness directly to the results of the coaching process, fuelling his passion for supporting others on their path.

Lorie is a strategic business partner and culture leader with over 20 years of experience in culture and belonging strategy and implementation, executive coaching, leadership alignment, organizational design and effectiveness, learning and development, diversity and inclusion, and elevating workplace experiences that inspire purpose, connection, and impact.
Lorie graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) specializing in Organizational Behaviour and Human Resources from the University of British Columbia. She is also a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and has been coaching leaders and teams since 2012.
