Coaching is a well-established tool used in many progressive and innovative sectors, but until now has been underutilized within VFX. In this presentation 3 VFX industry veterans with professional coaching experience demonstrate how coaching can unlock untapped potential in all levels of our industry, from senior management to artists.

In addition to discussing how coaching can improve performance, communication, well-being, and engagement, this session includes 3 focused examples of common coaching subjects, each packed full of solutions that you can immediately use in your day-to-day work and life.
