At last year's Sydney Underground Film Festival we screened a wildly wonderful array of creative and bold films by female directors from Australia and around the world. In light of International Women’s Day (March 8th), we have put together an impressive program celebrating women in film and made this screening available to you for only $2!* Please enjoy 20 films by female directors from now until March 14th!

*$2 covers the cost of the Eventive platform and a donation to Sydney-based women's refuge Lou's Place.

URBAN SPHINX is an animated short film that creatively documents the presence of street art at various neighbourhoods of Valencia, Spain, between 2018 y 2019. In URBAN SPHINX are animated these pieces of ephemeral art, connecting each image like the frames of a film. All these faces look at us with widely opened eyes, as if they tell us that we exist, but we might not exist —and the world would go on.
