The Process- Felice Koenig's "Now" Series

We follow abstract artist Felice Koenig's process and mindset behind her "Now" Series of work.

This video documents my personal exploration of finding a new way to visualize songs and their underlying structures. Pulling from an unlikely place I construct a model that's informed by both the periodic table of the elements and my cheat notes I used to quickly learn songs to play with my college's rock band. The results yields a unique twisting spiral shape of verses, choruses, and phrases in 3D space, for any song one wishes to analyze.
