Set between the borders the perilous of India and Bangladesh, the world of "Ghuspaith" is marred by pressing refugee crises, militancy, and illicit cattle trade. This volatile expanse transforms into a haunting purgatory by those daring to make the perilous crossing.

Amidst this chaos, we find MANAV, an Indian photojournalist, who is on the run with his family and being hunted by a group of ethnic cleansing militants. Manav and his family aim to cross the border and return home to India, with the help of a local human trafficker and cattle smuggler, USMAN.

However, fate takes an unexpected turn when the extremist group of militants hitches a ride in the same truck where Manav seeks refuge. What unfolds is a sequence of high-octane, nerve-wracking events that shatter the reality for each character, compelling the family into profound life-altering choices.

Ultimately, Manav and Usman, two men from different nationalities and religions, go against the fractured moralities of their nations to save human lives.

Inspired by the life and tragic demise of acclaimed photojournalist Danish Siddique, "Ghuspaith" delves into a world grappling with a global refugee crisis. As this crisis reverberates across the globe, the film poses a poignant question: in the face of imaginary boundaries etched in the sand, where do we draw the borders between humanity?
