A Brooklyn neighborhood is under siege when Jeff Hagees, AKA 8-Ball, goes on a one-man destruction-filled mission of vengeance. Unbeknownst to him, Rick Sheridan, a flippant young film student, holds in his mind the key to stopping 8-Ball. All he has to do....is sleep.
