How can we connect to our natural, primal spirit when modern society threatens to erase it? Documenting the stories of three extraordinary individuals as they practice the ancient art of hunting with birds, this stunning cinematic journey spans four continents, twisting and turning like nature itself while bridging ancient to modern, east to west, and earth to sky. As the film unfolds in the wilds of multiple countries and four different continents, their epic journeys are interwoven into a stirring story that asks how we can stay connected to our natural, primal spirit, even when modern society threatens to erase it. Discussion with director Elisabeth Haviland James, moderated by Duane Zobrist (Falconry Academy) to follow.
