While living in New York City, lonely internet gambler Jack becomes slowly fixated on Scarlet - a cam girl from San Francisco. The more he discovers Scarlet, he uncovers her unrecognized talent as a painter, falling in even more deeply in love with her. Just as his obsession seems to be reaching a boiling point, fate intervenes as he catches a glimpse of her one day on a rainy street in NYC Chinatown. As the lines of truth and persona begin to blur, Jack must uncover whether their connection is real or if he (and his wallet) are simply being taken for a wild ride.
