From Vancouver-based filmmaker K.J. Edwards comes a touching story of two sisters (Chanin Lee and Tuchai Redvers) who grew up in foster care together. After a terminal diagnosis, they travel to a reservation to learn about Kanien'kehá:ka culture. Due to the progression of her illness, Andie intends to live out her days there. Filmed at Six Nations of the Grand River Reservation, the filmmaker took care to follow traditional and spiritual protocols with the consultation of Indigenous leaders, including Michael White.
