My 10-year-old son died in 2019, but lived an adventure-filled and wise life. In 24 Leeches he narrates a family canoe adventure to the Slate Islands of Ontario, Canada and reflects on camping, the changing climate of our Earth and especially his beloved Lake Superior. One part family adventure, one part environmental film 24 Leeches is also a tribute to my best friend and adventure partner. I ache to know what he would have become. Finishing this film was incredibly painful but also cathartic as I came to realize how special our time was together and how blessed I am to have shared his short life.

Fly The Roof' (Feature Documentary) is the story of four young Kiwis stepping outside of their comfort zones in a foreign continent to help those in need. The team of Harry, Ryan, Chris and Guido began a project that would see them learn how to paraglide, climb to the roof of Africa (Mt. Kilimanjaro) and attempt to fly from the summit of the worldâs tallest freestanding mountain in September 2019. Their core purpose was to fundraise $40,000 NZD ($25,000 USD) via Wings of Kilimanjaro for the Emboreet primary school in Simanjiro, Tanzania. 'Fly The Roof' is a story of true adventure, brotherhood and an immense determination to create change.
