Her Majesty
A young woman stands in the English countryside, practising her speech for the big day. She's got to get this right — mustn't let the pressure get to her — can’t let everyone down! With a trusty young man by her side, she's sure she can pull it off.
Home Is
A group of Asian women meet in a community centre in London. They demonstrate what a “social prescribing” model of healthcare looks like in practice. Together they eat and talk, write and perform plays, practise meditation, and dance. These activities allow them space to examine what it means to be a first-generation immigrant, now coming into older age.
Looking for Barbara
A filmmaker’s personal archive in the form of Super 8 footage from the 1990s. Explore queer personal history with the kind of "behind-the-scenes" treasures usually found in boxes in attics, garages and cupboards.

Whalefall
When a whale dies naturally its body decomposes. As it sinks in the ocean it nourishes the environment, in a phenomenon known as "whale fall." Working with plastic and other rubbish discarded in the ocean, Yukon artist Joyce Majiski carves and sculpts an exact replica of a humpback whale drowned by fishing gear.
Lilian
Lilian Bader is living in Bournemouth, 20 years after serving in the Women’s Auxiliary Air Force (WAAF) in World War II. As she fights to have the war contributions of Black people recognised in her son’s school history books, a visit from the school secretary brings back memories for them both of their WAAF days.

Liz Jackson is a documentary filmmaker highly praised for her visual creativity. Now, with macular degeneration, cataracts and glaucoma, her treasured sight has faded. With her daughter and co-director Jessi, Liz tells the story of this loss. A celebration of listening and finding new ways to imagine.
