About the Film: A slice of suburban life doesn't look the same for everyone. In this feature debut from writer/director duo Joshua Pikovsky and Jordan Tetewsky, we meet one of the most likable protagonists in recent memory, Hannah. She is kind-hearted and selfless, living a content life with her aging father in small town Massachusetts, working odd jobs to keep herself busy and provide for her family. Navigating a summer of hard decisions, when she turns 26 her white-collar brother forces her to reevaluate how she has been living. Baltimore musician Hannah Lee Thompson, who plays the titular Hannah, breathes life into this character in her authentic and introspective approach. We watch her wrestle against the influences of the world and what is important to her in this moving tribute about finding your way. Take a breath and think- would you have made the same choice? - Sierra Slaughter
