ABOUT THE FILMMAKER:As a Toonboom trainer from 2014 to 2016, Hubert Lapointe had the opportunity to travel around the world and discover the backstage of animation internationally, allowing him to be involved in several major projects, including Rick &amp; Morty and Solar Opposites. Since 2017, he has been working as a director, initially in advertising at Shed before transitioning to TV series where he directed Jon Le Bon, which won 3 consecutive Gemini Awards for best animation. In 2021, Lapointe founded Bon Jam Animation, a studio specializing in 2D animation where he works to showcase local talent through commercial projects and original productions.

She has worked on feature films (Hedwig and the Angry Inch, Hair High, Chicago 10, Back to the Outback), TV shows (Little Bill, MTV’s Friday, Ugly Americans, Wonder Pets, Central Park, Face's Music Party), and too many advertising projects to count. Her first independent film Sidewalk is one of Youtube’s most-viewed indie animated films directed by a woman, with over 90 million views, and has screened at dozens of festivals including Annecy and Expo 2020 in Dubai, and toured with Lunafest. Baby Bro is Celia's second independent film.

Her graduation animated film, The Fan (2014), won national &amp; international awards. Hossein Molayemi was born in 1982 in Iran and received his M.A. in Animation Directing (Tehran University of Art). He started his professional career in 2004 and has worked as a director, character designer, storyboard artist, animator and university lecturer. Dar Saaye Sarv is his second film. His first film, Run Rostam Run, has been selected in Annecy, Warsaw and several other film festivals and won national &amp; international awards.

ABOUT THE FILM:To escape the monochromatic real world, XXL creates a world of color on his computer but carelessly loses the access switch, forcing him to dispatch three mud men from the colorful world to retrieve it. After passing through the hands of a few obsessed young people, the switch is eventually located by the three mud men. However, just as XXL is about to reclaim it, he discovers that the mud men are plotting to kill him and the two other young people to take over their identities in the monochrome world. ABOUT THE FILMMAKER:Chen Fei graduated from Hubei Academy of Fine Arts and has been in the animation industry for nearly 20 years. He has worked for Oriental DreamWorks, Walt Disney (China), and participated in the storyboard stage of Kung Fu Panda 3 and Disney China series. In 2017, he founded Kiframe Studio, which is dedicated to the development of original animation, and is keen on exploring and creating different styles and types of animation expressions.

She became an established commercials director creating animated fashion art films.In 2013 she was approached by legendary fashion designer Azzedine Alaïa to create an animation for his first feminine fragrance. She went on to define what is now his signature animated style of Alaïa parfum. She has also been commissioned by Chanel, COS and AnOther Magazine.

ABOUT THE FILMMAKER:Timur Kognov was born on April 19, 1969 in the country of Georgia, and graduated from art school there. In 1997, he graduated from the directing courses at the Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design in Tbilisi. After that, he actively worked as a storyboard artist and director of episodes in the field of commercial animation, on TV series and feature films. In collaboration with the independent studio Polydont Films, Kognov created several original films that participated in various film festivals. He currently lives in Toronto, Canada, where he continues his professional career.
