Synopsis: Japanese artist Azuma Makoto has sent his floral sculptures into space and sunk them to the bottom of the ocean, but most of the time, he thinks about the life and death of flowers.


Director's Bio: FLOWER PUNK is the third documentary exploring an artist's life and process by director Alison Klayman, after AI WEIWEI: NEVER SORRY and THE 100 YEARS SHOW. Her other films include THE BRINK and TAKE YOUR PILLS.
