She can’t ask her mom, her manager doesn't want anything to do with her. Opportunity strikes, and his name is Tom. Director's Bio: Amandine Thomas is from the suburbs of Virginia. After graduating from NYU's Tisch Drama Program at 19, Amandine worked as an actor, supporting herself with a myriad of service jobs, for several years. Both frustrated with a lack of interesting stories centering women and inspired by certain meaningful artistic collaborations, Amandine started assisting and learning the craft of film-making while living at home and caring for her father. CHERRY COLA is her first short film, which she wrote, directed, produced and starred in.

Synopsis: A wild night of drugs and drugged up driving ends in tragedy for three teenage girls that happen to be marionettes. Director's Bio: Michael Reich and Mike Pinkney have been collaborating since college where they partnered up to make stop-animated ballets and gratuitous student art films. After graduating, they directed a slew of music videos for bands like My Chemical Romance, Bad Religion, The Shins and the recently-disgraced Ryan Adams. Michael Reich also directed his first feature, SHE’S ALLERGIC TO CATS. This meta-horror/experimental comedy stars Mike Pinkney as “Mike Pinkney” portraying a lonely dog groomer with artistic ambitions. The Hollywood Reporter called it, “A strange and off-putting movie, but it's a movie - and one that some lucky weirdos are likely to watch many times.” SHE’S ALLERGIC TO CATS currently has a fresh rating of 85% on Rotten Tomatoes and was listed on the site’s top ten streaming chart for three weeks straight.

Synopsis: An overlooked woman finds much needed confidence when she experiences the horror of growing a 2nd nose. Director's Bio: Andrea Rosen is the director, co-producer, writer and star of HELEN’S NOSE. Before this project, Andrea directed, wrote, co-produced and starred in another short film called THE RAIN PONCHO. She also made the short film AND I NEED A HAIRCUT (Vimeo staff pick). Pre-pandemic, Andrea ran a stand up show in LA called “All That Jazz”, and performed regularly at UCB. Andrea is also an actor who’s been seen in UPLOAD, TRANSPARENT,&nbsp;EPISODES,&nbsp;GET SHORTY, AND&nbsp;STELLA. In 2013, Rosen had her own show on NickMom called&nbsp;TAKE ME TO YOUR MOTHER, a comedic documentary about motherhood that ran for 2 seasons.

In this playful comedy, three kids worry that their beloved school bus driver will be lonely this summer without them. They set out to find her a partner and imagine the perfect matches.

Synopsis: A woman gets dumped by her boyfriend as everyone else in the world is deeply in love. After a painful conversation at a diner ends their relationship, the woman sets out to find herself in the park on a walkabout. However, she finds that everyone (and every thing) in the park happens to be deeply in love and, with the help of Brooklyn's best alternative comedy freaks, they just rub it in her face. Fareeha Khan writes and stars in this absurdist short.Vulture wrote: "She’s achieved a seemingly insurmountable feat by somehow cracking a new shade of awkward, stoner-y, lovable aloofness. Just when we thought we’d seen every color in that rainbow and heard every change in that frequency, she’s gone and changed the game.” Director's Bio: Fareeha Khan wrote and starred in BREAK UP, BABY. She is a regular in the New York City comedy scene. She was featured on Comedy Central's Tight Five presented by Ilana Glazer, has toured her stand up with Man Repeller, and acts in indie films around town. As he grows tired, a feeling of loneliness washes over him and he begins to feel defeated—until he suddenly finds a thermal gun pressed to his forehead. Director's Bio: Rongfei Guo is an award-winning Chinese filmmaker who won Student Academy Award in 2016 for her first film. Her films also wins the best documentary shorts at Melbourne International film festival and Asian American Film Festival.

Director's Bio: Elizabeth Zephyrine McDonough is an award winning director, writer, and performer with a focus on comedy and documentary. Her work has screened at festivals across the country and been featured on The New Yorker, Vanity Fair, The New York Times, Vulture, TBS, BET, and Canal+. As a television director, her credits include the Emmy award winning show FULL FRONTAL WITH SAMANTHA BEE, THE RUNDOWN WITH ROBIN THEDE, THE REDUCTRESS HOUR, and a 1/2 hour pilot for Comedy Central executive produced by Jason Sudeikis. She studied Documentary Film at The New School and is a proud member of the DGA.
