Shin-mi, with everything in readiness, takes her steps to the Military Manpower Administration. Director's Bio: Born in 1991, Byun studied Film and Eastern Philosophy at University. With his short films&nbsp;HORN&nbsp;(2014) and&nbsp;THE CHICKEN OF WUZUH&nbsp;(2015) he was invited to play Busan International Film Festival and won the Grand Prix from the LA Asian Pacific Film Festival. Another one of his films,&nbsp;HANDS AND WINGS&nbsp;(2019) was selected to play Slamdance and the Brussels Short Film Festival.

Synopsis: BLAME THEM explores the consequences of young girls not being taught or encouraged to have healthy relationships, sexual agency, or bodily autonomy. The script was inspired by the writer’s own experience in an all girls private school in NYC and was created with a desire to confront students’ lack of sexual education, in New York and beyond. It tells the story of a high school student who, after learning she has chlamydia, must call the boys who may have infected her. Director's Bio: Eliza McKenna is a filmmaker and photographer from Woodstock, NY. After graduating from Wesleyan University in 2020 with a degree in film studies, she went on to premiere her thesis film at the Woodstock Film Festival. She currently lives and works in Brooklyn. Synopsis: A woman's frustrations boil to the surface while hosting a party for her friends, culminating in a public freakout that turns into collective hysteria. Director's Bio: Edgar Morais has directed music videos for several bands including Mothxr and Grammy-nominated Shiny Toy Guns. Edgar's directorial debut, HEATSTROKE, premiered in competition at 2019's IndieLisboa and has screened in competition at Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival / PÖFF Shorts; Maryland International Film Festival, Detmold; Pendance; Beverly Hills Film Festival; Fest - New Directors, New Films (Espinho, Portugal) and SUFF among others. HEATSTROKE won the CinEuphoria award for Best Screenplay, having also been nominated for Best Director, Best Editing and was named one of the Top Short Films of the Year. The film was subsequently broadcast nationally on RTP. In 2019, Edgar was one of 10 talents selected to take part in the Portuguese Academy of Cinema's "Passaporte" initiative. WE WON’T FORGET is Edgar’s second film. Edgar Morais is in production on his feature film directorial debut, YOU ABOVE ALL, which he also wrote and stars in, co-directing with Lucas Elliot Eberl. Edgar divides his time between Portugal and the USA. Lucas Elliot Eberl has directed many short films and music videos, including for Mothxr and Grammy-nominated Shiny Toy Guns. Lucas' directorial feature film debut, the political drama CHOOSE CONNOR, toured to film festivals worldwide including CineVegas, Woodstock Film Festival, Rome Film Fest, Newport Beach Film Festival, Seattle Film Festival, as well as the Philadelphia International Film Festival, where it won the Jury Prize for Best American Independent. It was then released theatrically and on video by Strand Releasing. Lucas was named one of the "10 Young Americans to Watch" by Indiewire’s editor-in-chief Eric Kohn in MovieMaker magazine. Lucas is currently in production on the feature film "You Above All" that he is co-directing with Edgar Morais, starring Rita Blanco, Olivia Thirlby, Lou Taylor Pucci, Anabela Moreira, Lourdes Norberto, Teresa Tavares, John Robinson, and Steven Weber. Lucas divides his time between Portugal and the USA.
