Osvaldo Coronado is a generational farmer and producer of bacanora, the agave distillate unique to Sonora, Mexico. Growing up, Osvaldo learned that the agave plant depends on a rare bat that feeds on the nectar of the agave flower and plays an essential role in its pollination. This knowledge would transform the life and work Osvaldo passes on to his children.
