This year’s music video program intertwines the influence of pop-culture with genre-defining artists from both the music and film industries.

The member of Panamanian rock band Making Movies (led by frontman Enrique Chi) have let fame go to their heads. But the universe has plans to punish them for their hubris. Chaos ensues aboard a flight to their next gig, thanks to a negligent pilot (Rory Albanese) an ill-prepared Co-Pilot (Dave Abed) and a questionable Flight Attendant (Tina Burner). While the captain takes a "bathroom break," the airplane goes down and crashes in the desert. But instead of burning with the wreckage, the band rises from the ashes and live to tell their tale. Como ave de mal agüero, nunca morire. Viajero sin ruta o puerto nunca morire. XOPA is the title track from the album XOPA by Making Movies.
