An ordinary day in the life of 9-year-old Adem who helps support his family by collecting from the garbage papers and plastics to sell.




Merve Gezen studied at Paris National Superior High Conservatory and holds B.A. and M.A. degrees from Paris Sorbonne University at theatre and cinema department. She focuses on child and women rights in her films. She is currently doing Ph.D. research on child rights and cinema. Her filmography includes Peripeteia (2023), Suskunluk/Speechless (2019), Scrabble (2016), Nerdesin Aşkım?/ Where are you my love? (2014), Hela Sohbetleri/The Conversations of Loo (2012).
