Director Bio

Yves Piat discovered the world of cinema through his technician work as a decorator and studio manager on set for the production Fouillet Wieber. His first film Tempus Fugit, starring Maurice Garrel, was selected in Odense, Interfilm and Drama. Nefta Football Club is qualified for the Oscar 2020. Shot in Tunisia and starring Lyes Salem, the film won a series of Audience Awards, including Clermont-Ferrand and Florida Film Festival and won Best Comedy at Aspen Shortsfest, it’s also short-listed for Césars 2020 and Oscars 2020.
