Luke brings his anxious younger brother Aidan to a student film set that Aidan will be performing in. Aidan's anxiety only builds as he is greeted by a chaotic crew led by an eccentric and off-putting director who promises this will be "one killer movie". That promise comes to fruition when the director unveils a surprise gimmick: the film will feature a real demon. From there, it doesn't take long for Aidan's performance to become all too real as the set descends into violent and bloody chaos as the two brothers must fight their way to survival.

Ghoul, a graffiti artist, makes his way to a local hotspot where artists throw up their tags: a sewer runoff near the river. As he makes his way deeper into the tunnel, looking for a blank canvas, Ghoul soon finds himself in pitch black darkness. While spray painting, he hears a strange croak coming from deep within the tunnel. Trusting his instincts, he ditches his mural and high tails it out of there. Unfortunately, the sewer's twists and turns only get Ghoul more lost within the underground labyrinth, being hunted by something living within.
