After losing both parents to HIV/AIDS at the age of 10, Ugandan Joseph Rutaraka is sponsored by Compassion International up to graduation. He then founds The Rakai Orphans Hope Project (ROHP), a registered Ugandan non-profit NGO, to help children infected or affected by HIV/ AIDS.
