Torn away from her family amidst the chaos, Mugeni begins a remarkable journey across the globe, never giving up hope of finding her loved ones. Five years later, she has a miraculous reunion with her mother and sisters, who have fled to Uganda. Now a woman living in the United States, Mugeni continues to work hard to support her family and empower the Banyamulenge people.
