A young boy scout gives himself the mission to liberate his friend from her house since her dad won't let her go to the camp.

Director's Statement:

Fearless Gopher is a short film that was inspired by the strong will and maturity of the youth at Magdalen Islands, a small territory near Prince Edward Island in Canada. Filmed entirely on this beautiful distant island, this movie is about two young people living there and their thirst for adventure. Being an eternal romantic, I wanted to present the strong friendship between the two main characters through a common passion: scoutism. Fearless Gopher is for me an inspiring movie for its portrait of a young boy with an honest and idealistic vision which is, in this particular case, better than the reflected judgement of a worried parent.
