She recently directed the comedy short, A NEW YOU now airing on The Roku Channel and is a two-time director of the ViacomCBS SHOWCASE, the hour-long digital sketch comedy show. As an actress, Tess starred opposite Jo Koy in the sitcom pilot JOSEP (ABC), was a series regular on JUST ADD MAGIC: MYSTERY CITY, and recurred on CRAZY EX-GIRLFRIEND. Her directorial work has screened at: OutFest Los Angeles LGBTQ Film Festival, Dances With Films, Los Angeles Asian Pacific Film Festival, Michaeux Film Festival, Portland Film Festival, San Jose International Film Festival, Indy Shorts International Film Festival, Boston Asian American Film Festival, Houston Comedy Festival, San Diego Film Festival, Austin Under the Stars Film Festival, BendFilm and more.
