She juxtaposes lush synths against sharp, organic percussion and her intimate vocals that bring you into her tense, glistening world. Ultimately, the intention of the hands was meant to represent an artists relationship to their audience. The dichotomy between wanting your art to be lovingly accepted, but also the difficult nature of your audience pulling you into fear, criticism, etc. where you can lose yourself.
