Helēna Ozola was born and raised in Rīga, Latvia. She holds a B.A in Film Editing and Audio Directing from Latvijas Kulturas Akademija National Film School. Prior to that, she attended VECC "National School of Arts" Janis Rozentals Art School, specializing in Multimedia Design. Currently, Helēna works as a visual effects artist, primarily focusing on movies and music videos. She has collaborated with several Latvian musicians, including Tautumeitas, Samanta Tīna, Būū, Fiņķis, and Diona, creating captivating visual effects and animations. Outside of her professional endeavors, Helēna indulges in various creative pursuits. Her main passion lies in 3D art, where she explores her artistic vision. Additionally, she enjoys painting and regularly attends ceramics classes. These activities fuel her creative flow and contribute to her ability to generate innovative ideas in her professional work. Helēna's talent and dedication have been recognized, with her recent work as an editor on the short film Bone-Dry being showcased at the FiSH Film Festival in Rostock, Germany. Having nurtured her artistic abilities since she was a little kid, Helēna's journey has evolved from drawing to painting, video art, and eventually 3D art, combining various mediums to express her creativity. Looking ahead, Helēna aspires to continue working on fun and creative music videos, collaborating with like-minded individuals who share her artistic vision.
