Christer Wahlberg is a filmmaker and composer who lives in Gothenburg with his partner and daughter. He likes to experiment as much as possible and is always looking for new ways to tell a story. Christer’s previous short You are Always 20 was nominated for Best Short Film at the 2021 Guldbagge Awards.Sebastian Rudolph Jensen is a multimedia artist who works mainly with performance, installation, film, and performing arts. His work sets on the border between life and art and through its unpredictability can be perceived as lustful criticism against all forms of conformism.

George-Peterland

Doris & Betty are retired women enjoying the hard sun on a Spanish beach. Topless, smoking, and sipping on cocktails. After complaints from a guest, the manager tries to kick them out, but he is in for a surprise. Ellen Ekman is a first-time director, cartoonist and illustrator. Born in 1986, raised in Stockholm, and educated at the School of Comics in Malmö, Sweden. She is best known for the strip series “Little Berlin”, which premiered in Metro 2013. The series now runs regularly in Dagens Nyheter and 22 other Swedish, Danish, and Norwegian newspapers. Ellen has published six collection books with “Lilla Berli”n and has for her work with the series received the Nordic region's largest series prize, the Stora Ponduspriset (2013), Albert Engström's youth prize (2016) and the Swedish Series Academy's Adamson statuette (2016). In addition to Little Berlin, Ellen also writes and illustrates children’s books.

Doris & Bettan - Marbella Mayhem

The First Metahuman is an animated short film about a digital artist who is hired for an art collaboration with his metahuman lookalike as the center of the campaign. However, it turns out that the company wants to do "plastic surgery" to the metahuman. Axl Le (Chinese name: Yi Le 乐毅) is a digital artist and filmmaker born in 1989 in Shanghai, China, currently living in Oslo, Norway. He graduated from Shanghai University Fine Arts College in 2013. Since 2019 he has devoted most of his energy to the creation of 3D animated video work.

The First Metahuman

For 18-year-old Finnish–Kosovan Fatu, a simple visit to the grocery store feels as nerve-wracking as a lunar expedition: for the first time in his life, he's wearing makeup in public. Luckily, his best friend Rai, a young woman on the autism spectrum, is there to fiercely support him through the voyage. Iiti Yli-Harja (born 1987) is a stop-motion animation artist, a documentaryist, and a musician. She graduated from Aalto University, Finland with an M.A. in 2021. Her films combine documentary material with fictional elements of stop-motion animation. She finds it valuable that even the process of making a film tries to shape the world for the better, not just the end result. Her documentary puppet animation Real Men (2020) was awarded as the best short film at Helsinki International Film Festival in 2020.

An animated short for younger children about the Holocaust. Stina Wirsén graduated from the Konstfack University College of Arts, Crafts and Design in 1992, and has since worked as a professional illustrator. She is one of the most well-known illustrators in Sweden and has written and illustrated many children's books and directed animations as well as illustrated for various fashion brands, department stores, newspapers and magazines, restaurants, and commercial advertising campaigns.
