The next agricultural revolution is coming to our plates. The age of “cell-based” meat is dawning. Follow Dr. Uma Valeti, co-founder and CEO of Memphis Meats, as he works on commercially growing real meat from animal cells in a sustainable way to feed the world in the future without the need to breed, raise, and slaughter animals. After the film, there will be a discussion and Q&A with Liz Marshall, David Kay of Memphis Meats, and Caroline Bushnell of The Good Food Institute, and Chris Albrecht of The Spoon.
