Mariano is devoted to his neighbourhood church and his job as a police inspector. His idol, however, is Maurizio Merli, so much so that he dresses and hairstyles like him. He often confides in his parish priest, Don Amedeo, who has managed to bring back a few young people among the already few elderly faithful. Meanwhile, Mariano finds himself following the case of a new drug, the CDC. What is behind this racket? Perhaps there is a lead to solve the case...
