Does love mean staying beside those closest to you no matter what, or is the hardest but healthiest choice sometimes to step back and away from a harmful situation? A brother and a sister, bound together by a childhood promise, move together from Japan to the United States and must both face the realities of adulthood by making difficult resolutions.
