Documentaries offer a window into Queer lives around the world, bringing to light stories and issues we might otherwise never have heard of. This year’s programme includes four films from Europe and the US, covering a wide range of subjects, from Louisiana’s archaic ‘Crimes Against Nature’ law to the mysterious disappearance of transgender pop star Lana Kaiser.

"CANS Can't Stand" follows a group of Black trans women in New Orleans who are fighting to repeal Louisiana's Crime Against Nature by Solicitation (CANS) law, which police and prosecutors have used to terrorize queer/trans Louisianians for 40 years.

mae "CANS Can't Stand" yn dilyn grŵp o fenywod traws Du yn New Orleans sy'n ymladd i ddiddymu cyfraith Crime Against Nature by Solicitation (CANS), y mae'r heddlu a'r erlynwyr wedi'u defnyddio i derfysgu pobl queer/traws Louisiana am 40 mlynedd.
