In a small imaginary and magical world called Tickleberry Place, there are small farms, gardens, trees, and plants. Tickleberry Place is home to the miniature Tickleberries that spend their days helping each other and the world around them.

Terry, Evie, Kato, and Kina are best friends. This particular group of Tickleberry children loves to play. Every day they visit their secret playhouse where they are presented with new items to play with. Through simple storytelling and songs, these four friends are introduced to ideas that build their emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and social skills, while encouraging positive communication methods.

Juror comments: Tickleberry Place has adorable animation, excellent voice-overs, and incredible embedded education. Along with this, there are fun and meaningful songs and kid-friendly, important messages that are crystal clear. Being educational and entertaining at the same time. I'm always impressed by it.

The storyline follows a few young characters baking a cake and they must take turns in order to make a delicious treat. Along the way, they learn some important life lessons; in this episode, the lesson is about patience.

The story is definitely appealing and great for young kids. However, it doesn't have much detail, so keep that in mind. The 2D animation is well executed and brightly colored. The music is definitely one of the strong points of the show; it creates a joyful environment that makes learning and understanding life messages fun. There are a couple of songs that I really liked, the first one introduces the characters and setting, later, there is one that emphasizes the importance of patience. The voiceover actors are very good with lively and relatable dialogue and fun singing; all of which makes the show enjoyable.

The show addresses issues such as problem-solving, cooperation with friends and others, and more. It includes some basic math, spelling, vocabulary skills as well as life lessons such as patience.

I give this one 4 out of 5 stars and recommend it for ages 3 to 7. The story moves a bit slowly and is most suitable for younger kids. It promotes positive messages while being entertaining. Reviewed by Kyla C., KIDS FIRST!
