Yasen started acting in short films in 2013 but is now most known for his role as ‘Coen' in season two of THE WITCHER (Netflix). He was also a series regular in YOUNG WALLANDER for Netflix playing the role of 'Reza Al-Rahman’ and is currently shooting season two of THE LORD OF THE RINGS: THE RINGS OF POWER for Amazon Prime. Zates made his directorial debut with the short film GOOD INTENTIONS starring BAFTA winner Micheal Ward. He was also an executive producer and star of the film WHEN THE SCREAMING STARTS.
