Reliant on sustainable energy, the lost art of cutting ice became the means for refrigeration, ultimately building a community around the experience. This annual harvest formed a tradition spanning fifty years that became known as the “Ice Ball”.In a celebration of human innovation and interconnection, Ice Ball embodies one man’s attempt to move society forward, without leaving the past behind.
