Reflections on our society today, many of these films are disturbing as they show how easily attitudes can solidify and dictate actions.   Although the subject matter includes immigration and terrorism, these distinctive films impressed our PTFF review team with the bravery of the filmmakers and their spot-on interpretations of some of the most compelling challenges we face. 


Arjun and Lalita, Indian immigrants from Uganda, hardworking and prosperous, create a home in the face of mounting resentment. Will they be outsiders forever, waiting to be forcibly removed like the hive of industrious bees in their garden?
