In the midst of an ongoing, incurable pandemic, a young college student returns home to say goodbye to her childhood best friend.

An ambitious professor immediately takes interest and invites Cassie to be a part of his team. But when Cassie discovers the truth behind his unorthodox methods, she flees and returns home to say goodbye to her childhood best friend.

If you could go back into your own past to prevent a tragedy from happening would you? Short film 'Can't Go Home Again' explores this and it's consequences.

Sebastian, a cynical bitter psychologist, holds a series of sessions with prisoners. In each session he interviews another criminal. They have all committed murder, they all expect a death-sentence, and they are all robots. By using minimalistic tools, the show presents a sociological state where robots are more human than us. While men become more and more detached from one another, the emotional experiences who used to define them – both positive and negative – now belongs to the robots. The robots care for the elders, they teach kids, they fight wars, build relationships and commit crimes. They suffer from mental illnesses and post-traumatic disorders. They believe in god. They dream. They are lonely. .
