Jonathan Ali is a London-based film programmer and curator, and is co-founder of The Twelve30 Collective, which screens Caribbean cinema to UK audiences. He began his career in his native Trinidad and Tobago, where he worked for the Trinidad and Tobago Film Festival, from its inception in 2006 to 2015. In addition to his work with The Twelve30 Collective, he is also programme director of Third Horizon Film Festival in Miami, Florida, a programmer with Alchemy Film and Moving Image Festival, and a programme consultant with both Open City Documentary Festival and Sheffield Doc/Fest.
